in one perspective yes, you don't burn others and smoking is between you and you, but if this is a debate about the ill effects of smoking then it would not be just you and you. But since I perceived this, to not be a debate about ill effects of smoking I'll just say that i agree!...When you start smoking, you don't burn others :)
